Sonya has a bachelor’s degree in special education and a master’s degree in orthopedagogy from the Universit\u00e9 de Sherbrooke. She has a very good background in special education. She has been a teacher in a support class for a long time. An orthopedagogue for 25 years, she has experience with students with dyslexia, dysorthographia, dysphasia, dyscalculia, intellectual disabilities and behavioural disorders, among others. She also has significant experience as a pedagogical advisor, which has led her to oversee various files: boys’ success, classroom management, explicit teaching and technological aids.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
